From spreadsheet chaos to an operations system
Prospect ran their operations on Salesforce, Jotform, Microsoft To Do, spreadsheets and a tangle of disconnected apps. In August 2025 Dave asked me for better reports; I showed him a working dashboard the next day.
By January 2026 we'd alpha-launched a full operations system, built around kanban workflows, with an offline-first PWA for field teams, all on one database. The system now runs the whole operation: case management, agent valuations, invoicing, reporting. AI untangles legacy accountancy issues and audits missed invoices, work that simply wouldn't happen by hand.
Prospect went from taking admin flak from solicitors to becoming a Corporate Partner of the Institute of Legacy Management. I built their website too; it brings in enquiries on its own.

Property intelligence for everyone
Born from a system I built for Prospect that sources desktop valuations from a network of over 1,000 verified estate agents. Dave saw the consumer angle: sellers comparing local agents' valuations and fees without the sales pressure.
I named the brand, built the platform, and built a bespoke AVM that stands up against the leading valuation engines, often beating them on accuracy. Appraised now also powers the property intelligence dossiers behind every Prospect case. Brand design in collaboration with Matt Sankey.
